Who Am I?

My philosophy on business is that you have to know who it is you are working with

to be truly comfortable with them.  Here is a little about me!

I am originally from Virginia, ,but I decided I was allergic to winter so I moved to Florida in 2005.  I am a third generation Real Estate Agent, and I LOVE what I do.  I have strong principles and I am ethical, reliable, professional and very down to earth.  I make sure my customers are taken care of.  It is my job to do the absolute best I can for my customers, and I try very hard to give everyone the best real estate experience they have ever had!

It is very important to me that my customers have ALL of their questions answered

I have received awards for my stellar level of service for most of my career and am more than just an average Real Estate Agent.  I enjoy SCUBA diving with my family, going to Disney and Universal whenever possible, exploring the wilds in our Jeep, glamping in our camper, going to rock concerts and taking cruises!  I have a huge soft spot for animals, our family includes several pets  and I've been told I'm not allowed to bring any more home...

But that doesn't stop me from trying!

I cover all of Polk County, Florida but...

I have been known to stretch the boundaries for amazing people who are serious customers and ready to make a move!  I always try to answer my phone but if I am with a customer, they get the same courtesy I would give to you.  I will return your call, usually within minutes.

I am NOT a used car salesman Real Estate Agent!

I am not high pressure, I will not harass you until you hate real estate in general.  I will not lie to you, coerce you or try to get you to make a bad decision just for a commission check.  My service to you goes beyond our current transaction.  I want the referrals of all of your family, friends and co-workers which means I have to do a FABULOUS job for you!  I will be there for you at every turn, even after closing!  I will be up front and honest with you, respectful of your time at all times and I expect the same from my customers!
